Naturopathy is a health care system that practises holistic medicine, which looks at all the systems of the body, looking for the underlying causes of disease. It also considers all aspects of a person’s being (body, mind, spirit, and emotions) as important in the quest for optimal health and wellness.

Initial Consultation

You'll be sent a consultation form and food diary to complete prior to your appointment. The initial consultation will take a thorough dive into your health and symptoms. We will work towards improving your wellness by empowering you with the tools to address the underlying factors impacting your health. A treatment plan will be provided within 3 days during a 15 minute in person or online appointment.
Follow-up Consultation
Up to 45mins, within 2-4 week intervals
$100
You'll be sent a brief follow up form to complete prior to your appointment. A comprehensive review of progress and adjusted treatment plan.
Acute Consultation
30mins
$70
An appointment for existing clients seen within the last year, to address immediate health concerns. A treatment plan is provided.

Initial Consultation (Up to 90min, treatment plan, follow-up question form, 2x 45min follow-up consultations
