An evolved and ancient pillar of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Tiny hair-like needles are placed in various Acupuncture points to help restore the flow of Qi and therefore a sense of better health and wellbeing.

In a first consultation many questions are asked regarding your area of concern and some that seem unrelated but provide invaluable information from a (TCM) perspective.
Please ensure you have had something to eat prior to your appointment. If you are training attempt to organise a rest period for 12–24hours after your appointment. Gentle walking/stretching/yoga can be helpful.

Cupping
Fire Cupping stimulates the dispersal of stagnate Qi & Blood, bringing to the surface toxins and congestion from illness, trauma and injury. Markings may appear for 2–5 days. A painless and pleasant treatment.
